Job Description

Operations Supervisor Night Shift (M1)

Shift: SundayThursday 10:00 PM 6:30 AM

Role Summary

Lead night shift distribution operations to ensure safe accurate and timely order fulfillment while driving team performance and maintaining a strong safety culture.

What Youll Do

• Supervise night shift warehouse operations to meet productivity quality and service targets

• Ensure accurate on-time order fulfillment

• Assign daily work manage schedules and support employee performance and development

• Foster a positive engaged and high-performing team environment

• Monitor workflows and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures

• Drive continuous improvement in partnership with cross-shift leadership

• Enforce OHSA and McKesson Health & Safety policies; lead safety talks inspections and incident follow-up

• Maintain a safe clean and organized work environment

• Oversee replenishment and support controlled substances (narcotics) compliance

• Track metrics approve timecards and communicate daily shift updates
