Job DescriptionShift: SundayThursday 10:00 PM 6:30 AM
Lead night shift distribution operations to ensure safe accurate and timely order fulfillment while driving team performance and maintaining a strong safety culture.
Supervise night shift warehouse operations to meet productivity quality and service targets
Ensure accurate on-time order fulfillment
Assign daily work manage schedules and support employee performance and development
Foster a positive engaged and high-performing team environment
Monitor workflows and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
Drive continuous improvement in partnership with cross-shift leadership
Enforce OHSA and McKesson Health & Safety policies; lead safety talks inspections and incident follow-up
Maintain a safe clean and organized work environment
Oversee replenishment and support controlled substances (narcotics) compliance
Track metrics approve timecards and communicate daily shift updates
Experience leading teams in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment
Strong operational knowledge and focus on safety and continuous improvement
Effective leadership coaching and communication skills
Ability to manage priorities and drive results
Deliver reliable accurate service to customers
Build a safe and engaging workplace
Improve efficiency and team performance

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKessons pay philosophy and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
