This globally recognized law firm is seeking a seasoned M&A Partner with a strong background in leading complex transactions. The ideal candidate will also have valuable experience in board and activist advisory work. With a commitment to succession planning and meaningful cross-office collaboration, this firm provides an entrepreneurial environment for its team members.
