Job descriptionInfosys is seeking Senior Consultant you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture, process artifacts, and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.Required Qualifications:Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, ON or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.Preferred QualificationExperience in IT Project / Program Management within Healthcare or Life Sciences environmentsProven experience managing enterprise‑scale, regulated IT initiatives (Clinical, Quality, Medical Affairs, or ERP systemsStrong expertise in CSV/CSA, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and audit/inspection readinessHands‑on experience with clinical or quality platforms such as Veeva Vault, CDMS, TrackWise, or LMS systemsDemonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional global teams and executive stakeholdersSolid background in program governance, risk management, and financial planningProficiency with Agile and Waterfall methodologiesAdvanced working knowledge of project and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Teams) Experience serving pharma or biotech clients (e.g., Pfizer, Zoetis, Genzyme or similar enterprise environments)Background in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO frameworks (ISO , GAMP)Exposure to enterprise platforms such as Oracle ERP, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics Experience supporting medical affairs or regulatory submission platformsFamiliarity with PMO leadership, portfolio management, and organizational transformation initiativesKnowledge of Power BI or analytics tools for executive dashboardsLean Six Sigma or continuous improvement experience (Green Belt or higher preferred)Prior experience in pre‑sales support or solution consulting rolesThe job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
