Job description
Join Tenstorrent as the Director of Customer Engineering and drive the technical relationship with customers in a hybrid work environment. Focus on AI performance innovations, ensuring solutions meet precise requirements. In this role, you will lead customer-facing engineering teams and be responsible for evolving software and hardware specifications from customer needs. You'll coordinate with cross-functional teams to customize NEO silicon configurations while overseeing RTL changes. Your expertise will help bridge the gap between customer architectures and Tenstorrent’s innovative platforms. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain technical relationships with strategic customers • Translate high-level customer requests into detailed specifications • Collaborate on customer-specific NEO silicon and RTL requirements • Promote effective teamwork between customer silicon teams and DV Requirements: • Expertise with customer-facing technical leadership • Background in RTL and custom silicon design • Excellent communication for aligning technical goals • Systems thinking for comprehensive performance solutions • Ability to work in a hybrid setup from Toronto, Austin, or Belgrade Leverage your technical leadership at Tenstorrent to enhance customer engagement and influence product development in AI technology. #J-18808-Ljbffr
