Job description
Drive cybersecurity excellence as the Enterprise Security Director at Scotiabank, managing a diverse portfolio of projects that support core business objectives. This critical role emphasizes strategic leadership and operational governance. Reporting to the VP of Delivery & Portfolio Management, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver the Cybersecurity program portfolio. This position requires adept project management skills to meet organizational goals while ensuring compliance with cybersecurity frameworks. You will be instrumental in fostering a high-performance culture across project initiatives. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise Cybersecurity projects and manage resources effectively • Lead teams in project initiation, execution, and closure • Align project objectives with Scotiabank’s business strategy • Present project updates and key insights to senior leadership • Promote continuous improvement in project management practices Requirements: • 12+ years in technology program leadership, 10+ in cybersecurity • Extensive experience in Agile methodologies and large-scale programs • Proven ability in risk management and compliance oversight • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Desired certifications include CISSP or PMP Leverage your industry expertise to propel Scotiabank’s cybersecurity initiatives and support an inclusive organizational culture. #J-18808-Ljbffr
