Intellex has full-time opening for self driven individuals with the desire to succeed in serving job seekers and clients throughout Canada by supporting our recruitment team in the recruitment and placement process.
Duties include:
- Preparing and posting job requirements
- Sourcing resumes
- Resume pre-screening
- Performing reference and background checks
- Proposal preparation
- Scheduling interviews
- Onboarding
This position is ideal for passionate individuals with excellent customer service skills and proven ability to develop professional relationships within a fast-paced environment. The ideal Candidate will have excellent organizational and administrative skills, English (both written and verbal), and desire to learn about the IT profession. This is an excellent opportunity to learn from the best in the field of IT Talent Acquisition.
Opportunity is available to move into an IT Talent Acquisition role.
This full-time position is currently remote, but successful candidate must be available to work onsite in Edmonton on a hybrid or full-time basis as required.

Mandatory Requirements
Mandatory Requirements include:
- Must reside in Edmonton
- Must hold a valid 2+ year diploma or degree from a recognized post-secondary institution
- Experience working in office environment
- Have excellent computer skills
- Minimum typing speed of 50 wpm
Desirable Requirements
Desirable Requirements include:
- 2+ year diploma or degree in Recruitment, Human Resources, Business, IT or related fields from a recognized post-secondary institution
- Recognized staffing certifications
