  • Technology and architecture assessment: Assess enterprise IT, digital and product platforms across applications, architecture, cloud and infrastructure, cybersecurity, data and AI, and IT operating models, with a particular focus on technical debt, platform scalability, operating maturity, and product roadmap credibility for software intensive and PE backed targets.
  • Value Creation & Deal Economics: Identify, quantify, and translate technology driven value creation opportunities into deal economics through standalone cost analysis, synergy and carve out modeling, TSA strategies, and clear post close priorities including 100 day plans and longer term transformation roadmaps.
  • Deal Execution & Day 1 Readiness: Support M&A execution by connecting diligence findings to Day 1 readiness and early post close execution, including separation and integration planning, TSA scoping, technology stand up considerations, and sequencing of post close initiatives to reduce deal risk and accelerate value realization.
  • AI & Emerging Technology Considerations in Diligence: Evaluate the role of AI and automation in the target's technology and operating model, including data readiness, AI enabled product capabilities, cost and productivity opportunities, risk considerations, and implications for valuation, integration complexity, and post close execution.
  • Engagement and Stakeholder management: Own scope, economics, risk and delivery quality for large and complex transactions, communicating technical findings in clear, investment-oriented language. Establish and sustain long-term relationships with top decision makers at key clients, and colleague across Deloitte Canada and globally.
  • Sales and business development: Lead business development activities, manage pursuit teams, and proposal development while building durable relationships with private equity sponsors and strategic buyers to drive sustained revenue growth.
