  • Distribute regular sales reports to national sales leadership and wholesalers.

  • Collaborate with the Business Analytics team on data manipulation, reporting needs, and insights.

  • Support tracking of follow‑ups, campaign effectiveness, and advisor engagement metrics.

Advisor Meetings and Events

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute logistics for advisor meetings and events.

  • Work closely with wholesalers to build, organize, and maintain sales rooms and advisor‑meeting environments to support impactful presentations and training sessions.

  • Prepare and distribute marketing materials and presentation content for meetings.

  • Assist with presentation follow‑ups, including distribution of materials, documentation of next steps, and coordination of post‑meeting actions.

  • Support promotional activities tied to advisor meetings and events.

Team and Partner Coordination

  • Represent Affinity in internal and cross‑functional meetings as required.

  • Plan team agendas, track action items, and support execution of deliverables.

  • Partner with wholesalers and internal stakeholders to ensure accountability on initiatives.

  • Manage the Wholesaler Effectiveness Survey process.

  • Oversee phone queue management for inside sales support.

Required Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience

  • Expect occasional travel for training, meetings, and events.

  • Proficiency with digital tools like Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Salesforce.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for building relationships at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Detail-oriented with a talent for preparing and analyzing reports.

  • Discretion and tact in handling sensitive information.

  • Experience in financial services is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

When you join our team:

  • We’ll empower you to learn and grow the career you want.

  • We’ll recognize and support you in a flexible environment where well-being and inclusion are more than just words.
