The Senior Product Operations Specialist will own the operational lifecycle of product development, launch, and maintenance for HelloFresh and Chefs Plate. Reporting to the Manager, Product Operations, you will bridge the gap between strategy and execution, ensuring our Product teams operate at peak efficiency. You will be the primary driver for process scalability, enabling the organization to innovate at speed while maintaining high standards for customer-facing digital and print content.

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Proactively manage and deepen relationships with key stakeholders (HelloConnect, FSQA, etc.) to streamline the uploading, activating, and auditing of weekly recipe and menu content
• Program Management: Lead the implementation of internal tech or digital UI enhancements that impact the Canadian market by managing timelines and deliverables with internal teams and external providers.
• Operational Excellence: Act as the Canadian Superuser and subject matter expert for internal recipe/menu content systems, providing technical guidance and leading local operational updates.
• Process Innovation: Take initiative to identify, design, and implement new operational processes and project management tools that improve the scalability and effectiveness of net-new product launches.
• Data & UX Insights: Lead UX testing initiatives from setup to analysis; leverage data to measure the impact of the digital customer experience and provide actionable recommendations.
• Mentorship: Support and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and product operations domain expertise.
• All other duties, as assigned

• Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in product operations, program management, or a similar fast-paced operational role.
• Analytical Rigor: Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and SQL is a must. You should be comfortable manipulating large datasets to drive operational decisions.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to manage complex cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Proactivity & Initiative: A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently, troubleshoot complex issues, and proactively seek out process improvements.
• Precision: An unwavering eye for detail and the organizational skills required to manage multiple high-stakes deadlines simultaneously.
• Nice-to-have: Experience using Photoshop tools and/or AI-gen image
