Headway is partnering with an established North American market leader to recruit a Director of eCommerce for a newly shaped digital growth mandate. Our client is an established specialty distribution and retail business with a North American franchise network, serving business and individual customers who value speed, convenience, and locally fulfilled service.
This is a strong opportunity for a commercially minded eCommerce leader who wants more than platform ownership. The mandate is to drive measurable revenue growth, improve conversion and repeat usage, strengthen the digital customer experience, and build the operating rhythm required to scale a profitable online channel.
This role sits at the intersection of digital commerce, customer experience, analytics, pricing, operations, and local fulfillment. The successful candidate will lead the eCommerce platform as a commercial growth engine, not simply a website or order-taking channel.

The role reports to the COO and is based in Toronto on a hybrid model, with a minimum of three days in office and four preferred.
