Job description
Elevate your legal career as a Partner at a top Bay Street law firm in Toronto. This role offers the chance to leverage your portable book of business while expanding client relationships and practice areas. In this entrepreneurial partner-level position, you will advise clients primarily in corporate, tax, and regulatory sectors while managing and growing your existing book of business. The firm values collaboration across practice groups and jurisdictions, fostering strong client relationships to drive business development. You will also take on a mentorship role, guiding junior associates and contributing to the firm’s expansion efforts, particularly in cross-border work. Key Responsibilities: • Advise clients within your legal practice area • Manage and grow your portable book of business • Lead client mandates as a key relationship partner • Mentor and support associates and junior lawyers • Drive business development and internal referrals Requirements: • Proven partner with a portable book of business • Experience in Corporate, Securities, or Tax law • Strong business development and client management skills • Entrepreneurial mindset for firm growth • Collaborative approach within a team setting Become a key player in the expansion of the firm while mentoring the next generation of legal professionals. #J-18808-Ljbffr
