Own end-to-end testing strategy across automation, functional, and performance testing. Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web and mobile (Android & iOS) applications. Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines with quality gates and fast feedback. Drive cross-browser, cross-device, accessibility, and mobile testing coverage. Enable and guide performance testing strategy and execution. Mentor QA and engineering teams on best practices, frameworks, and testing maturity. Review existing testing practices and continuously improve quality, speed, and reliability. Enablement, Mentorship & Adoption

Build and execute automation adoption roadmaps across teams with varying maturity levels. Mentor QA and engineering team members on web and mobile automation frameworks, testing best practices, and CI/CD integration. Qualifications

Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or C#. Required:

Minimum 8 years of Software Quality Assurance experience with at least 5+ years in Web Automation and Mobile Automation. Experience in automated web testing, mobile testing, and setting up web automation frameworks. Experience with automated web test frameworks such as Selenium and Playwright. Design and delivery of scalable, maintainable, configurable, and robust test automation frameworks. Good understanding of web technologies and protocols (HTTP/HTTPS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, JSON). Cross-browser testing experience ensuring functional, usability, and accessibility aspects across browsers and platforms. Proficiency with cloud-based platforms like BrowserStack or LambdaTest for automated and manual testing. Understanding of GitHub, Azure, or other repositories. Experience in CI/CD and DevOps environments. Experience with mobile app testing (functional and non-functional, UI, compatibility). Solid understanding of testing web and mobile apps, including REST APIs (ideally using Postman). Mature understanding of Functional, Integration, Regression, User Acceptance, and Release Management testing. Desired Qualifications Hands-on experience with Cypress, Appium, Playwright, or similar frameworks. Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence. Experience in a Testing Centre of Excellence or similar setup is a plus. Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role in test automation. Excellent communication and leadership skills with distributed teams worldwide. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Salary

The average base salary pay range for this position is $90,000 - $150,000 CAD. Additional Information
