Job description
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis and competitor benchmarking within the assigned region to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and expand the local distribution network by effectively integrating internal and external resources, including government relations and dealer partnerships.
  • Establish, monitor, and reinforce annual/monthly sales targets; design and implement localized marketing strategies and business policies to enhance channel effectiveness across key metrics such as sales volume, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee supply chain operations and monitor dealer performance while supporting brand development and service excellence to ensure overall business health.
  • Lead the rollout of Net Promoter Score (NPS) and customer satisfaction initiatives, ensuring all customer feedback is addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate operational risks across the business lifecycle while ensuring full compliance with local regulations.
  • Serve as the primary brand ambassador for GEELY and act as the key reference point for all sales activities within the region.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of automotive sales experience, preferably within a dealer network or automotive brand environment.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure and consistently deliver on objectives.
  • Strong team player with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Market acuity, entrepreneurial spirit, passion, and resilience.
