Key Responsibilities
Integration strategy, planning, and execution by providing project management support and executive communication
Carve‑out or divestiture strategy, planning, and execution, supporting operating model design, and transaction services agreement development
Synergy/value realization identification, validation, and tracking
Development of Transitional Services Agreements
Development of M&A and integration playbooks
Support client engagement teams in executing integration or carve‑out services
Support key client decision makers in developing and executing their transaction strategy to secure deal value
Assist in identifying risks and issues related to integration planning, timelines, and functional areas

Qualifications
Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA, PMP, CMC) or achieved the necessary hours but not yet received certification.
3 years of related work experience is preferred.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with ability to assess complex situations and business problems to formulate potential solutions for clients.
Experience in financial statement analysis, risk assessment, and process improvement.
Effective organization and time management skills, ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple engagements or scopes of work and deliver results under tight deadlines.
Excellent written communication skills, clear and concise reports and presentations.
Experience presenting findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Confident communicator with clients at all organization levels, strong presentation delivery and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels.
Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Ability to travel within Canada and the US, authorized to work in Canada.
Preferred qualifications
Experience in audit, assurance, or related fields.
Previous M&A experience.
Interest and passion for digital, technology, and new business building topics.
