About the Role
Were looking for a results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead performance across our Ontario Central region. This is a hybrid role working remotely with regular travel to clinics across the region.
As a key member of our Sales Leadership Team youll drive revenue growth coach and develop clinic leaders and ensure a high standard of patient experience across a network of clinics.
The ideal candidate is a strong people leader who thrives in a fast-paced performance-focused environment and is ideally based in the Halton region.
What Youll Do
- Lead coach and develop a high-performing network of clinic teams
- Drive sales performance across revenue conversion and demand generation
- Translate national strategies into strong regional execution
- Build a culture of accountability ownership and continuous improvement
- Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to improve performance
- Partner with cross-functional teams including HR Marketing and Operations
- Support recruitment onboarding and talent development across your region
- Strengthen community partnerships and referral networks
- Ensure operational excellence and compliance across all clinics
- Travel regularly to clinics to support coach and engage teams
What You Bring
- 8 years of progressive sales leadership experience (multi-site preferred)
- Proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams
- Strong business acumen with a track record of driving results
- Experience in retail healthcare or a service-based industry is an asset
- Exceptional coaching communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Comfortable working in a hybrid role with regular travel
- Valid drivers license

- Competitive base salary: $85000 $120000 annually (based on experience qualifications and internal equity)
