Job description
Oversee a prime office asset portfolio as a General Manager. Enhance tenant experiences and drive operational efficiencies while focusing on strategic growth and performance management. In this pivotal leadership role, you will manage day-to-day operations across a significant portfolio of office towers. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you will ensure a high standard of service and compliance while driving financial goals. Strong leadership is required to guide your team and implement effective leasing strategies. Key Responsibilities: • Strategically oversee building operations and improvements • Manage capital projects and vendor performance • Execute long-term leasing strategies and tenant retention • Prepare detailed budgets and conduct variance analysis • Lead and coach the on-site management team Requirements: • Minimum 7 years in commercial property management • Expertise in financial management and reporting • Proven success in leadership and team development • Strong organizational and communication skills • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field Maximize asset value and tenant satisfaction through effective leadership and operational strategies within your portfolio. #J-18808-Ljbffr
