Were full of ideas to inspire you!great position!Location: Retail Store GTAReports to: Store Manager Assistant ManagerSupervises: Sales AssociateStuff youll do:Supervise and direct sales floor operations in the areas of customer service merchandising housekeeping standards shipping and receiving and health and safetyManage and delegate tasks to Associates and provide support to drive productivity and achieve service and sales goalsMentor and guide Associates to ensure they are well trained and capable of performing assigned tasks and providing serviceProvide exceptional and responsive customer service while achieving sales and conversion goalsEvaluate and continuously improve the quality of service; investigate resolve and escalate customer matters as appropriateMaintain knowledge of product selection location features and benefits and in-store promotions and marketing initiativesEnsure accuracy in all transactions inventory and store proceduresSupervise and direct shipping and receiving operationsPerform other directives as assignedStuff we need from you:Computer skills; ability to learn technological systems with easeLeadership skills and ability to make decisions under pressureStrong problem-solving aptitudeAvailability must include extended days evenings and weekendsWork additional shifts during peak holiday seasonFlexibility to transfer to other store locations as neededLift up to 40lbsLadder use to 10 feetStand/walk for 8 hoursStuff for you:Fast-paced dynamic engaging work staff work training and developmentKSP may use artificial intelligence (AI) technology in sourcing candidates for some positions however it is not being used for screening assessing or selecting that matters to us:Our Differences are what make us great!Kitchen Stuff Plus encourages supports and celebrates a diverse and inclusive environment for all.
