This is a front-office quant role sitting within the investment team alongside the portfolio manager with direct exposure to live capital work directly with the Portfolio Manager Systematic Investing embedded in the investment function not a shared services tech team. We invest heavily in the people who join us. Youll have real ownership direct exposure to live trading decisions and the autonomy to build things the right way. Youll be the technical owner of our systematic trading stack: the security master market data infrastructure strategy deployment pipelines and the cloud environment that ties it all together. The work is hands-on and consequential what you build runs in production and directly supports how we youve ever built something that touches real markets a personal algo a data pipeline a trading bot and you want to do that at scale with real capital behind it this is the : What you will do Security Master & Reference Data Design build and maintain the authoritative source of truth for instruments contracts and reference data that all strategies depend on Market Data Infrastructure Own ingestion normalization and storage of high-frequency market data across futures and derivatives; build and operate overnight signal calculation pipelines that process large datasets reliably; ensure data integrity and low-latency access at every layer Trading Systems & Execution Layer Build and maintain the systematic trading infrastructure used in live strategy deployment including order management and position tracking components Cloud Infrastructure Design and maintain secure scalable infrastructure using modern DevOps practices (Terraform container orchestration CI/CD automation); own reliability and performance of the systematic trading environment Strategy Implementation Support Translate quantitative research into production-ready testable code in close partnership with the portfolio manager AI-Powered Tooling Leverage modern AI tools and LLMs to accelerate development automate workflows and build internal analytics capabilities fasterQualifications: What you will bring Education: Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science Engineering or a quantitative field Python: Strong production-quality Python you write code that runs unattended at 4am and youre okay with that Batch & Signal Infrastructure: Experience building overnight batch jobs or scheduled pipelines that compute signals features or analytics at scale you understand how to make these reliable observable and fast Cloud-Native & DevOps: Fluent in modern infrastructure Terraform containerization IaC CI/CD pipelines.
