What will your typical day look like?

As a Consultant - Microsoft Fabric / Databricks Solutions, you will support with design and delivery of modern data platform solutions for our clients. You'll work across the project lifecycle-from discovery to implementation.

You will:
• Design and configuration of Microsoft Fabric components (Data Factory, Lakehouse, Warehouses, Pipelines, Semantic Models) and/or Databricks (Delta Lake, notebooks, workflows, ML pipelines)
• Architect and build data ingestion pipelines, data models, and analytics layers across structured and unstructured data
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and present solution recommendations to client stakeholders
• Support estimating, planning, and sprint execution within Agile delivery environments
• Contribute to client workshops, solution demos, and facilitation of requirements gathering
• Collaborate with cross functional teams (cloud, data governance, AI/ML, engineering) to ensure integrated solution delivery

You are someone with:
Technical Experience
• 2-4 years delivering modern data platform solutions, including hands on experience with Microsoft Fabric and/or Databricks
• Proven ability to design and implement:
Data ingestion and transformation pipelines (batch, real time, streaming)
Data lakehouse / warehouse architectures
Delta Lake, Fabric Lakehouse, or similar technologies
• Experience with SQL, PySpark, and data modeling best practices
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services (e.g., ADLS, Synapse, Data Factory, Power BI)
Consulting Skills
• Experience facilitating workshops, gathering business and technical requirements, and shaping solution designs
• Exposure to proposals, client discussions, or supporting business development efforts (full ownership not required)

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $102,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
