The team is looking to expand by adding a Marketo Consultant who will deliver tangible business impact.

Job Title: Marketo Developer (Vacant Role)

So, what will I do?

• Support Slalom clients in implementing, optimizing, and operating Marketo
• Identify client pain points and provide recommendations
• Collaborate with senior business and technical stakeholders across marketing, marketing technology, and data analytics
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews and workshops to understand use cases
• Design data flows and integrations across Marketo and other related platforms
• Align Marketo technology solutions with marketing objectives (acquisition, conversion, retention, etc)
• Enable client teams for long term success through documentation, training, and enablement

And, what will I bring?

• Hands-on experience with Marketo (implementation, optimization, management, operation)
• Experience creating campaigns, developing email templates, and managing data within Marketo
• Experience with common Marketo integrations, such as CRMs, webinar tools, and data platforms
• Experience in gathering business requirements and creating documentation for marketing automation tools
• Excellent written and oral communication
• 2–4 years of professional experience in digital strategy, consulting, or related fields
• Marketo certification preferred
• Experience with other Adobe products (especially Journey Optimizer or Target) is a plus
• Occasional travel as needed by client

Hybrid/In office: We are hybrid but there are expectations that if your team leader or client requires you onsite that you are able to meet those expectations/requirements

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the expected base salary pay range is $84,000 to $105,000.

In addition, there is potential for an 8% discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual compensation will depend upon individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
