Job description
Lead M&A financial operations as a hands-on Finance Director. Drive compliance and financial integration strategies for sustainable growth within the organization. This pivotal role focuses on overseeing the financial dimensions of mergers and acquisitions, reporting directly to the Group Leader. You will be responsible for financial operations, risk governance, and team mentoring, ensuring that best practices are upheld throughout all business units and financial processes. Your strategic input will guide the organization to achieve its objectives and enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate on forecasts and strategic business objectives • Monitor compliance with financial reporting standards • Oversee M&A financial integration and due diligence • Lead improvements in revenue and profitability metrics • Implement robust internal controls and best practices Requirements: • CPA or equivalent professional accounting designation • In-depth knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and financial systems • Strong experience in M&A financial operations • Skilled in spreadsheet analysis and financial modeling • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management capabilities Utilize your expertise in financial operations and M&A to enhance compliance, integration, and overall organizational performance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
