Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and regional recruiting teams), implement sourcing strategies, and document best practices to share with global colleagues, and much more. You'll specifically take care of managing recruitment projects and building a diverse talent pipeline but also develop innovative sourcing strategies and analyze recruitment data. Pay: $100K- $120K Duration: 12- Month Contract Location: Toronto Schedule: 4 days on-site We'll look to you for: Identifying, assessing, and submitting qualified candidates to Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners based on job descriptions Acquiring a thorough technical understanding of job requisitions and required competencies Implementing relevant sourcing strategies using a variety of tools and resources Documenting research methods to share with recruiting team members across regions Developing an ongoing and diverse talent pipeline through research, networking, and database mining Handling other responsibilities and challenges as they arise All about you We value passion and attitude over experience.
