Job description
Head commercial management efforts for significant rail projects as the Commercial Management Director. Drive policies, oversee procurement, and manage project controls for seamless execution. This executive role requires expertise in managing the commercial lifecycle of major infrastructure projects. You'll lead teams in implementing change management practices, provide advisory support, and oversee all contract-related negotiations. Your ability to enforce policies and guide strategy is crucial for project success. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee commercial management and project control aspects • Enforce procurement and contract admin policies • Lead efforts in change and claims management • Advise executives and project managers on strategies • Manage relationships with subcontractors and clients Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Law or similar • 10+ years in rail or major transport projects • Significant quantity surveying experience • Proven track record in claims management • Strong communication and interpersonal skills Utilize your leadership skills in commercial management to steer major rail projects towards successful outcomes through strategic guidance and oversight. #J-18808-Ljbffr
