Join a purpose driven winning team, committed to results, in an inclusive and high-performing culture. • Guide decision‑making on technology selection, facility design, and equipment configuration to ensure long‑term performance and value creation.
  • Partner closely with the Investment, Development, and Asset Management teams to drive North America project success from origination through to operations.
  • Promote innovation and continuous improvement by sharing best practices across the portfolio and ensuring knowledge transfer.
  • Serve as a thought leader on the implications of evolving regulations, market dynamics, and climate‑related physical and transition risks.
  • Represent the Company with key stakeholders, including regulators, partners, investors, and industry groups, enhancing the Company’s role in global energy transition.

  • Deep understanding of technology markets, cost trends, supplier ecosystems, and equipment performance metrics.
  • Experience influencing investment decisions, managing risk, and leading technical aspects of complex transactions.
  • Strong business acumen with a demonstrated ability to integrate technical and commercial perspectives.
