Location: 5x days Onsite - Toronto, Canada
Pay Scale: CAD $30 - CAD $31 on T4
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and Desktop Support / IT Generalist to join our IT team. This role will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, maintaining IT infrastructure, and assisting with system administration tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong troubleshooting mindset, excellent communication skills, and a broad understanding of IT systems, including hardware, software, networking, and security.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.Qualifications:
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Preferred Certifications:
• CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications (MCSA, Azure Fundamentals) are a plus.
