Our client, a specialty insurance company with a niche market position, is seeking to add a Claims Counsel to their team. The ideal candidate will have around 10 years of experience in Real Estate, Commercial, Estates, or Tax Law. Other areas will be considered. The Claims Counsel will interact with policyholders in investigating, evaluating, defending, and resolving errors and omissions claims against them.
This is an active opening for a current role.
The target salary is $145,000 for candidates with approximately 5+ years of experience. Final salary is determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
