Job description
Become a Senior Manager specializing in Canadian Tax Services, where your expertise shapes strategic tax solutions for clients. Guide projects and elevate team performance in a supportive culture. This senior-level role demands your analytical skills to evaluate and improve client tax policies. You will lead Domestic Tax engagements, ensuring both quality and compliance while fostering a collaborative environment. Significant focus will be on mentoring and developing team members to promote a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze client processes to enhance tax strategies • Manage Domestic Tax projects with quality control oversight • Review tax returns and reorganizations for accuracy • Cultivate client relationships for enhanced engagement • Mentor team members and encourage professional growth Requirements: • CPA certification with a focus on Tax education • 7 years of public accounting experience, 3 years in Tax • Strong knowledge of corporate and personal tax regulations • Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills • Dedication to fostering teamwork and client satisfaction Play a crucial role in refining tax practices while implementing strategic initiatives to support clients and elevate your team's capabilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
