Job description
Command the future of third-party risk management from a strategic standpoint. Implement frameworks, manage compliance initiatives, and foster interdepartmental collaboration in a hybrid setup. As the Assistant Vice President of Third Party Risk Management, your leadership will shape the TPRM policies and frameworks vital for compliance and operational success. You will oversee a skilled team, engage with technology and legal departments, and deliver essential reports to senior management. Your role will focus on balancing stakeholder needs while navigating regulatory landscapes. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the integration of the TPRM framework organization-wide • Develop and maintain documentation for TPRM operations • Manage team performance and challenge assessments • Prepare key reports for regulatory and corporate committees • Oversee third-party onboarding and contracting processes Requirements: • 10+ years in risk management or operations • At least 5 years in a leadership role • Strong background in TPRM frameworks at financial institutions • Experience managing regulatory expectations • Excellent communication skills for C-level interactions Guide an enterprise-wide initiative that balances risk and compliance, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability across departments. #J-18808-Ljbffr
