Job Title: NetSuite Technical Delivery Manager Role: FT Location: Toronto, Canada Job Description: About the role We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Delivery Manager – NetSuite Technical to lead our NetSuite development team, drive project delivery, and ensure high-quality solutions across integrations and customizations.
This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership, and client-facing delivery management, with the ability to actively contribute to development when needed.
Key Responsibilities Delivery & Project Management • Own end-to-end delivery of NetSuite technical projects (customizations, integrations, enhancements).
Team Leadership & Mentorship • Lead and mentor a team of NetSuite developers and technical consultants.
Technical (Hands-On) Responsibilities • Actively participate in development using: SuiteScript (1.0 / 2.x) SuiteTalk (SOAP/REST Web Services) RESTlets, Suitelets • Design and implement complex integrations with third-party systems (e.g., Shopify, HRIS, Payroll systems, etc.).
Client & Stakeholder Management • Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and propose scalable solutions.
Process & Governance • Establish and enforce SDLC processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications • Strong experience with NetSuite ERP technical development.
Preferred Qualifications • NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, Developer, ERP Consultant).
Soft Skills • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
