We are currently hiring Registered Dietitians to be part of a dedicated and specialized team that will deliver a highly integrated, one team, community care model for the Toronto community (specifically East York and Downtown Toronto).
With over 40 years of experience, Spectrum Health Care is a leading provider of innovative home health care including specialized and compassionate integrated care models. Working in lockstep with health system partners, our skilled team supports people and their families throughout their care journey.
