Job description
Lead the charge in tunnels and underground infrastructure projects as an Associate Project Director. Leverage your extensive knowledge to craft proposals and forge strategic industry connections. This high-level role mandates strong leadership in managing engineering projects. You'll identify business opportunities, handle technical and commercial proposals, and ensure exceptional project delivery. Collaboration within the leadership team will be essential as you navigate growth strategies tailored for the Toronto market. Key Responsibilities: • Direct high-impact tunnels and underground infrastructure projects • Spot and nurture new business opportunities • Oversee the technical proposal lifecycle from opportunity to award • Foster long-lasting connections with key stakeholders • Manage project execution consistent with quality standards Requirements: • Degree in civil, geotechnical, or structural engineering • P.Eng. License in Ontario or the ability to obtain one • Minimum of 15 years in relevant experience • Background in major tunnel projects essential • Proven proposal preparation and negotiation skills Be at the forefront of innovation in engineering infrastructure, driving project success while establishing strong, impactful relationships in your field. #J-18808-Ljbffr
