Write production-quality code, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot performance issues, and continuously improve system reliability, scalability, and observability
  • Cloud Platform Utilization: Leverage cloud platforms, such as Google Cloud for Insurance to build, tune and deploy scalable and secure AI solutions.
  • Proof-of-Concept to Production: Lead in conjunction with internal and external stakeholders the full lifecycle of AI projects, from initial ideation and rapid prototyping (Proof-of-Concept) to full-scale deployment .
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, ML Engineering, data engineering, underwriters, claim adjusters, and product managers to identify high-impact opportunities and ensure AI solutions deliver measurable business value.
  • Problem-Solving & Technical Guidance: Anticipate and resolve complex technical problems, providing direction and hands-on support to teams. Possess strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities across data platforms, pipelines, and integrations.
  • Market Research & Model Evaluation: Participate with Data Scientists in assessing benchmark third-party and open-source AI models (including LLMs, RNN GAN, and predictive analytics) for their potential application to P&C insurance use cases.
