Job Title: Enterprise Order-to-Revenue - Sr. NetSuite Consultant/Developer (Vacant role)
So, what will I do?
NetSuite & SuiteBilling Expertise
- Serve as a subject matter expert in NetSuite Standard and Advanced ARM modules and SuiteBilling.
- Design, configure, and implement subscription-based billing solutions using SuiteBilling.
- Configure and manage:
- Billing Accounts
- Subscription Plans
- Price Books
- Usage-based and recurring billing models
- Subscription change orders and amendments
- Lead invoice generation processes and oversee end-to-end billing operations.
- Ensure accurate revenue recognition through Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), including event-based revenue recognition and subscription event processing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve billing discrepancies, system issues, and process gaps.
Implementation & Client Onboarding
- Lead full lifecycle NetSuite implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Manage onboarding of new customers onto SuiteBilling and NetSuite, ensuring seamless data migration and minimal disruption.
- Conduct workshops with stakeholders to define subscription models, billing rules, and revenue recognition requirements.
- Develop implementation documentation, solution design documents, and end-user training materials.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to finance, billing, and operations teams.
Salesforce to NetSuite Integration
- Design and support integrations between Salesforce and NetSuite billing modules.
- Ensure accurate synchronization of:
- Customer records
- Subscription data
- Pricing structures
- Sales orders and billing triggers
- Collaborate with technical teams to optimize data flow and reduce billing errors.
Data Migration & System Optimization
- Lead complex data migrations, including:
- Billing Accounts
- Price Plans
- Subscription Plans
- Price Books
- Active Subscriptions
- Subscription Activation Change Orders
- Subscription Event Revenue Recognition data
- Validate data integrity and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Identify opportunities to streamline billing workflows and enhance automation.

- Experience executing billing operations and invoicing billable customers.
- Demonstrated expertise in revenue recognition under subscription event scenarios.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with NetSuite billing systems.
- Strong background in complex data migration and validation processes.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working in client‑facing consulting environments.
Hybrid/In office: We are hybrid but there are expectations that if your team leader or client requires you onsite that you are able to meet those expectations/requirements.
Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the expected base salary pay range is $113,000 to $138,000. In addition, there is potential for a 10% discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual compensation will depend on the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
