Job description

Shape the future of security as a Strategic Technical Account Manager focused on Workforce Identity. Engage with enterprise clients to optimize their identity strategies and improve security postures in a hybrid work environment.

As a Senior Technical Account Manager, you will be integral in building strong relationships with your customers and guiding them through complex identity management landscapes. By applying your technical expertise, you’ll enhance their security measures while focusing on business alignment and deployment strategies. Your role is crucial in ensuring long-term success and adaptability for customers across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Foster relationships with key identity owners at enterprise accounts
  • Collaborate to design comprehensive identity solutions
  • Proactively manage customer risks and complex escalations
  • Drive adoption of identity solutions at various organizational levels
  • Share insights to improve security posture and processes

Requirements :

  • 8+ years of relevant experience, or 6+ with a Master's degree
  • 3+ years in a Technical Account Manager or related role
  • Strong grasp of identity and access management technologies
  • Proven ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
  • Experience in hybrid IT environments and SaaS applications
