DevOps Manager

Join a high-impact engineering team as a DevOps Manager for an IT SAAS org, where you will lead both the strategy and execution of scalable, reliable cloud infrastructure.

This role blends technical depth with leadership, driving modernization from legacy systems to cloud-native architectures across Azure, Kubernetes, and Terraform. You will champion best practices, embed AI-driven efficiencies into DevOps workflows, and partner across teams to proactively eliminate downtime through strong observability.

Required Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience with Azure cloud environments, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and container orchestration using Kubernetes in production-scale systems
• Proven leadership background managing SRE/DevOps teams, with a focus on reliability engineering, incident management, and modern DevOps practices (GitOps, CI/CD)
• Strong hands-on capability with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Datadog) alongside experience driving system uptime, SLAs/SLOs, and platform performance

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience integrating AI or automation tooling into DevOps/SRE workflows to improve efficiency and predictive operations
• Background in managing and modernizing legacy infrastructure into cloud-native architectures with zero-downtime migration strategies
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001) and secure DevSecOps pipeline implementation across platforms like Azure DevOps or GitLab
