Job description
Our client has a requirement for an SAP Merchandizing and Master Data Lead consultant

Start Date: April 13, 2026

Duration: 20 weeks

Location: Onsite work (Toronto)

Role Title: SAP Merchandizing and Master Data Lead Consultant

Must Have


  • SAP Retail, Merchandising
  • Need to have experience in Pricing, Assortment, Articles etc.
  • Years of Experience: At the minimum 8 years
  • Advanced proficiency in SAP for Retail Core Merchandising & Master Data is required.
  • Advanced proficiency in SAP for Retail Pricing & Promotions Execution is required with sufficient hands-on experience in Article Master and pricing.
  • Advanced proficiency in SAP ABAP Development and SAP Master Data Management is suggested.


Scope:


  • Facilitate effective communication between clients and technical teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance system performance and user satisfaction.
  • Conduct training sessions for team members to improve product knowledge and support capabilities.
  • Analyze system issues and propose innovative solutions to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.
  • As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for acting as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application.
  • Your day-to-day activities will involve ensuring the quality of our world-class systems through exceptional communication skills, accurately defining client issues, and interpreting and designing resolutions based on deep product knowledge.
  • You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
  • Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
