Job description

Continued growth has created exciting opportunities for an Associate to join our Financial Services Practice.

The successful candidates will have the opportunity to collaborate, build and succeed as part of a team of high performing professionals. Our Associates demonstrate a high level of project management, technical skills, and depth of industry knowledge while working on various projects across multiple lines of business within our Financial Services Practice.

If you are ambitious, enthusiastic and adaptable with the ability to solve complex business problems in a fast‑paced environment, we want to hear from you. You will bring solid working experience and an in‑depth understanding of the processes within the Banking and Financial Services industry. You are confident and have the ability to wear multiple hats while adapting to changing needs and working environments while working independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to execute end‑to‑end solutions to meet client’s needs as specified by the project manager
  • This includes creating process maps, supporting metrics, progress reports, client briefings, presentations, deliverables and recommendation documents
  • Review and editing of requirements, specifications, business processes and/or recommendations related to proposed solutions
  • Actively participate in change management activities
  • Complete assigned work related to project deliverables on time and on budget
  • Participate in project planning and administration
  • Participate in proposals development and other sales support activities as assigned
  • Contribute to the life and culture of the company

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years relevant consulting or financial services industry experience
  • 2+ years of experience working and/or leading work streams or small teams
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem solving skills
  • Self‑directed, with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and dynamic work environment
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Results‑oriented individual with the ability to meet aggressive timelines
  • Innovative and dynamic. Brings an entrepreneurial spirit to our business
  • Strong work ethic and someone who is energetic, enthusiastic and committed to developing their career
  • Required Education: Related University Degree
  • Preferred Education: Post‑Graduate degree, MBA, CPA, CFA or other relevant designations; or equivalent experience

Compensation

$82,500-96,250 annually (subject to negotiation and subject to the candidate meeting the specific skills, experience, education, and qualification requirements)
