Allied Universal is seeking Security Guard - Concierge (Overnight) in Richmond Hill, ON

Position : Security Guard - Concierge (Overnight)

Location : Richmond Hill, ON

Payrate : $18.35 per hour

Status : Part time

Shift : Friday to Saturday |Swing shift (Various time)| 11PM - 11AM

Overview :

Allied Universal is seeking an experienced Security Guard - Concierge (Overnight) to oversee one of our residential sites in Richmond Hill , ON. The ideal candidate is a seasoned individual with excellent communication skills, customer service skills, willing to work various shifts , and able to work with a dynamic security team. If you have experience in residential concierge security, enjoy patrolling, and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities :

• Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff.
• Maintain a professional attitude towards training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications.
• Conduct regular patrols of the designated area to monitor and ensure the safety and security of the premises.
• Maintain detailed records of patrols, documenting incidents, irregularities, and any equipment malfunctions.
• Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction.
• Support property management with any additional tasks as required.
