The Specialist, Designated Beauty Advisor develops deep, long lasting relationships with customers that lead to an increase in sales, service, and loyalty. The Specialist (DBA) is also responsible for the achievement of the sales target of their assigned brand.

Hiring Range / Échelle salariale à l’embauche :$17.60 - $29.25 / 17,60$ - 29,25$ (per hour / de l’heure)This role is also eligible for commission in addition to base pay. Final compensation for this position will be determined based on the candidate's unique skills, expertise, individual qualifications, and assessed contributions to the role following the completion of the interview process.
