Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5 years of professional experience building applications, with demonstrated depth in both frontend and backend development.
• Deep proficiency in Angular or React.js with TypeScript, with hands-on experience building robust, reusable components.
• Strong expertise in Node.js with proven ability to design end-to-end solutions.
• Deep proficiency in either Angular (frontend) or Java/Node.js (backend), with hands-on experience building robust solutions in your area of specialization.
• Solid foundational knowledge and practical experience in your non-primary stack, with demonstrated ability and willingness to learn and adapt across the full stack.
• 2 years of hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or OpenShift, focusing on distributed cloud applications and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Expert knowledge of code merging and branching methodologies using Git.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions workflows, implementing automated testing, security scanning, and deployment pipelines.
• Comfortable using Figma to translate high-fidelity designs into pixel-perfect production code.
• Expert knowledge of RESTful APIs, OpenAPI specifications, and software design patterns.
• Experience in high-frequency CI/CD environments (shipping to production daily) with a focus on automated unit, functional, and performance testing.
• Familiarity with test case design at different levels (component/service, integration, end-to-end) and non-functional testing frameworks (Jest/Cypress).
• Proven experience using GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, or Claude Code to accelerate development cycles and improve code quality.
• Skilled in production support using monitoring tools like Splunk or Dynatrace.
• Experience building and integrating intelligent agents into CI/CD pipelines to automate code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks and experience building autonomous agents or complex AI workflows.
• Experience with iOS Swift or Android Jetpack Compose; exposure to cross-platform frameworks to support multi-channel experiences.
• Experience testing components for WCAG 2.1 Compliance

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable applications across the full stack.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
