Position Description:
This is a hybrid role that requires working from the downtown Toronto office and/or client office a minimum of three days per week. The work arrangement is subject to change at any time.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and execute functional, integration, and end-to-end test cases for Wealth Management systems
• Validate business processes related to portfolio management, trade lifecycle, order management, and client onboarding
• Perform API, UI, and database testing across wealth platforms and integrated systems
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using Selenium and/or Playwright
• Support regression, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT) cycles for new releases and enhancements
• Ensure data accuracy across portfolio holdings, transactions, valuations, and reporting systems
• Collaborate with business analysts and Wealth Management subject matter experts to translate investment workflows into comprehensive test scenarios
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Strong experience in testing Wealth Management or Capital Markets systems
• Proficiency in API testing (REST), UI testing, and database testing
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks, including Selenium and/or Playwright
• Strong collaboration skills with business analysts, developers, and Wealth Management subject matter experts
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery environments and release cycles
