At eBay, we're more than a global ecommerce leader — we’re changing the way the world shops and sells. Our platform empowers millions of buyers and sellers in more than 190 markets around the world. We’re committed to pushing boundaries and leaving our mark as we reinvent the future of ecommerce for enthusiasts.

Our customers are our compass, authenticity thrives, bold ideas are welcome, and everyone can bring their unique selves to work — every day. We're in this together, sustaining the future of our customers, our company, and our planet.

Join a team of passionate thinkers, innovators, and dreamers — and help us connect people and build communities to create economic opportunity for all.

About the team and the role:

We are currently seeking a highly driven and proactive Senior Product Manager to join our Conversion Programs team at eBay. In this critical role, you will be at the forefront of crafting customer experiences through offer communications. Your mission will be to drive business growth and customer improvements by innovating and enhancing the multi-channel communications portfolio across Email, Push Notifications, and Native Hub Notifications. You will contribute towards revenue targets, long-term strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end execution for this multimillion dollar portfolio! This is a highly cross functional role, where you will get to influence and collaborate with partners across eBay.

What you will accomplish:

  • You will build and complete the roadmap with engineering, data science, and design teams. Be the champion of execution excellence. Proactively find opportunities to increase test velocity and facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Identify and size opportunities for portfolio improvements: use data to advise forecast business impact for your ideas.

  • Prioritize features / improvements based on various factors like business value, user needs, effort, etc.

  • Author A/B tests: build hypotheses, design test setup, define KPIs.

  • Implement tests and customer experience improvements.

  • Create PRDs, convey requirements to the Engineering teams and jointly work through execution.

  • Create and maintain project plans; handle dependencies and ensure execution readiness; continuously find opportunities to improve.

  • Raise and help resolve project blockers; update Jira boards and supporting documentation.

  • Measure results: assess performance against KPIs, make recommendations for scaling decisions.

  • Continuously capture insights: analyze customer feedback for product improvements; conduct market research and competitor analysis, monitor industry trends for opportunities to innovate.

What you will bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in product, growth marketing, business, or consulting roles with a strong focus on customer conversion and performance optimization; 2+ years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace environments. Marketplace experience is strongly preferred.

  • Proven experience owning and optimizing performance-based lifecycle communications (email, push, in-app, or similar), including audience strategy, trigger logic, messaging, and measurement.

  • Strong experimentation mindset — ability to design hypotheses, forecast impact, run A/B tests, interpret results, and translate learnings into scalable improvements.

  • Deep comfort with metrics and data: defining success metrics, monitoring funnel and health KPIs, diagnosing performance issues, and making data-informed tradeoffs between short-term gains and long-term customer value.

  • Excellent product sense — ability to understand user intent, pain points, and context, and partner with design and product to deliver simple, effective customer experiences.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, working closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Design, and Operations in fast-paced environments.

  • Highly organized, execution-oriented, and detail-driven, with a bias toward action and continuous improvement; able to identify the most efficient path to impact while maintaining high quality.

  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, or experimentation platforms, and the ability to work effectively with technical partners on requirements, data dependencies, and implementation.
