We are seeking aSenior Management Consultant who embodies a rare balance: the analytical rigour and execution discipline of a hands-on operational doer, combined with the strategic influence to engage, collaborate, build trust, and advise senior leadership.


You will work directly at the intersection of strategy and executionwalking client facilities, conducting root-cause assessments, facilitating cross-functional workshops, and operationalizing change alongside client teams. You will serve as an individual contributor and work-stream lead, taking accountability for end-to-end transformation initiatives from initial diagnostic to sustainable performance realization.


We welcome candidates coming fromOperations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Retail, or Private Equity, as well as experienced internal process improvement consultants.

Role Location and Travel: This role requires a hybrid work model, with a minimum of two days per week onsite at our office in Etobicoke, combined with remote work from home.Candidates must be eligible to travel and work under aTN1 Visa, as approximately 20-30% travel across North America is expected as part of this role.

Compensation Package:

  • Base salary: $100,000 - $150,000.
  • Performance Bonus: An annual bonus with a target range of 20% to 50% of your base salary, based on individual and company performance.
  • The final offer will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience, skills, and qualifications. This is part of our comprehensive rewards program, which also includes health coverage and 4 weeks off, including personal days.


Key Responsibilities

  • Beginning the role as an Individual Contributor, responsible for process improvement initiatives end-to-end, including planning, analysis, design, presentation, implementation, and driving sustainable performance improvements.
  • Creating high-quality client deliverables, including innovative solutions, industry best practices, and other artifacts to meet committed project initiatives/goals.
  • Translate complex operational data into compelling executive stories, business cases, and strategic roadmaps tailored for board-level and C-suite audiences.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and voice-of-customer advocate, ensuring project outcomes align directly with client financial and operational goals.
  • Lead critical work-streams end-to-end: from initial site assessments and diagnostic data collection to solution design, implementation, and sustainable handoff.
  • Collaborate closely with project colleagues, Engagement Leads, Directors, Partners, and client executive-level stakeholders, fostering trusted relationships and demonstrating executive presence in client engagements.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their issues, create strategies for change, win buy-in for your recommendations, and collaborate with colleagues to transform client potential into performance.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of current business processes, identify root causes, and develop actionable improvement roadmaps, and implement projects.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions across organizational levels to design business plans, conduct gap analyses, and create process maps.
  • Apply data-driven and results-oriented problem-solving approaches to identify and execute process optimization initiatives.
  • Develop compelling business cases and deliver persuasive communication both written and verbal tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Serve as a consistent ambassador of TPGs values, promoting a positive, growth-oriented, and ego-free culture.
  • Identify opportunities for expanding client relationships and develop proposals aligned with TPGs strategic growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Canadian or US Passport required and must be able to obtain TN1 Visas. Please note that our work is across North America and we do not have sponsorship opportunities. In order to obtain a TN1 visa, student permits/ work permits/PR are not eligible.
  • 8+ years of experience in business process improvement, preferably as a Senior Consultant or Internal Consultant
  • Demonstrated success in improving processes in business
  • Proven ability to lead and actively participate in work-streams; a practical doer who can balance leadership with hands-on execution
  • Natural ability to build rapport, navigate organizational politics, and communicate persuasively with C-suite stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
  • University degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, CPA, CFA, PMP, Change Management or equivalent certifications preferred
  • Expertise in business process improvement methodologies including Lean Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, Process Mapping, and Change Management is an asset
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and data analytics tools such as Power BI
