Over the years, our brand family has grown. In 2024, Home Trust Company, Home Bank and Oaken Financial became part of the Fairstone Bank family of brands, alongside Fairstone, Eden and Fig.

Together, we are the leading alternative lending bank in Canada. We have the collective experience and expertise to better serve our customers and foster our partners’ growth. With a diverse suite of products—residential and commercial mortgages, consumer deposits and GICs, credit cards, retail and automobile financing, personal loans and digital lending—we offer financial solutions tailored to all Canadians, including newcomers, small-business owners, smart investors and savvy consumers.

Backed by nearly a century of lending experience through its legacy companies, Fairstone Bank and its brand family are proud to be Canada’s leading alternative lending bank.

  • Develop and manage a modern reporting ecosystem that delivers timely, accurate, and actionable insights to employees, leaders, and executives.
  • Build dashboards that provide timely visibility into performance results, payout forecasts, and progress toward incentive levels.
  • Use data and analytics to model incentive plan changes, forecast payout scenarios, and assess the ROI of incentive spend.
  • Partner with Finance to support accruals, budgeting, and financial impact analysis.
  • Oversee the end-to-end administration of incentive programs, including monthly processing, validation, auditing, and communication.
  • Maintain clear documentation, plan rules, governance standards, and operational procedures.
  • Ensure programs comply with internal policies, audit requirements, and risk controls.
  • Lead annual planning cycles, including program updates, refreshes, and communication rollouts.
  • Develop clear communication materials, guides, and training to support understanding and adoption of incentive programs across the organization.
  • Present program performance, recommendations, and insights to senior leadership.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR, Finance, and business leadership regarding incentive design and performance results.

What we’re looking for:
