Robertson is expanding its Accounting & Finance Recruitment Practice and seeking experienced Senior Recruitment Consultants to build and grow a high-performing 360°ree; desk, role level to be determined commensurate with experience. This role is suited for a commercially driven recruiter or B2B sales professional with strong relationship-building skills, a commitment to excellence, and a genuine interest in the Accounting & Finance talent market.

The Opportunity:

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant in our Accounting & Finance Practice, you will manage a full 360°ree; desk and play a key role in expanding Robertson’s presence across the Finance ecosystem.

You will:

• Build, manage, and grow a profitable recruitment desk across Accounting, Finance, FP&A, Audit, Risk, Treasury, and related functions
• Drive new business development and expand existing client relationships
• Lead full-cycle recruitment delivery including sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and placement
• Advise clients on market trends, compensation insights, and hiring strategies
• Utilize advanced AI sourcing tools, CRM optimization, and market intelligence platforms to increase efficiency and reach
• Deliver recruitment across contingent, contract, executive search, and retained engagement models

This role is ideal for an individual who is motivated, entrepreneurial, and committed to building long-term client partnerships. The title and salary will be adjusted based on the candidate's skills and experience.

Qualifications and Experience:

The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial instincts, excellent communication skills, and a track record of delivering results in recruitment or sales.

You Bring:

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally with exposure to Accounting & Finance roles OR strong B2B sales experience with measurable success in a KPI-driven environment
• Demonstrated ability to build strong client partnerships and manage full-cycle recruitment
• Strong negotiation skills and a relationship-first approach to sales
• A genuine interest in Finance and a commitment to staying informed on talent and market trends
• A commercially minded, metrics-driven work style
• High accountability, professional presence, and strong organizational discipline
