Manpower is seeking two motivated and professional On-Site Coordinators to support one of our valued clients in Oshawa. This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable overseeing a large employee base, maintaining strong relationships with associates and client management, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and possesses excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively support a dynamic workforce in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

As an On-Site Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting workforce operations and employee engagement by:

• Managing daily on-site operations during assigned shifts
• Overseeing and supporting a large employee population
• Acting as the primary point of contact for associates and client representatives
• Coordinating with team members to ensure efficient workflow and staffing coverage
• Assisting with employee inquiries, attendance tracking, and issue resolution
• Supporting recruiting, onboarding, and workforce management activities
• Implementing and maintaining operational procedures and best practices
• Communicating regularly with management regarding site performance and workforce needs
• Promoting a safe, productive, and positive work environment

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of staffing, recruitment, or workforce coordination experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
• Comfortable overseeing and supporting a large employee base
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
• Flexibility to work day and afternoon shifts as required
• Reliable transportation to and from the work site
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
