SAP Customer Information System (CIS) Team Lead

Our Toronto based client is seeking for an experienced SAP Customer Information System (CIS) Team Lead to join their project starting in January 2026 for a one-year contract with the possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex Brownfield implementations for Utility companies. This hybrid role comes with the expectation of weekly or bi-weekly travel (Monday night to Thursday EOD).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of the SAP CIS module.
• Architect and manage the data migration strategy from legacy CIS systems.
• Guide the team in analyzing existing business processes and mapping them to the SAP environment with minimal disruption.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders (Billing, Customer Service, Metering) and the technical team.
• Ensure best practices are followed for system integration, particularly with Meter Data Management (MDM), CRM, and Financials (FI-CA).
• Utilities experience is a major asset.

• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
