is currently seeking a hardworking, service focused leader to join our team as an Operations Manager.

The successful candidate will work out of our Richmond Hill office location.

The following is a list of the many benefits that could be available to you as a valued Naylor Employee: Competitive pay ($120,000 - $140,000 annually depending on experience) Benefits package including Medical/ Dental/ Vision/ Health Care Spending Account insurance programs 3 weeks' paid vacation time RRSP matching program Profit sharing program Life insurance for you and your family Career development opportunities Key Responsibilities: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HVAC service department Planning and executing multiple projects to plan and budget Completing quotes for upcoming work and supporting the sales team Maintaining excellent customer relations, resolving issues and concerns and act as technical resource to customer and field employees Overseeing quality control and ensuring regulatory compliance Supervising, motivating and coaching field technicians and contractors Ensuring health and safety policies and company policies are adhered to Requirements: Licensed Journeyperson (313A Refrigeration & A/C Systems Mechanic) with a Gas Fitter 1 license, or a University degree/ College Diploma holder in a related field (i.e.

Business, Engineering, CET) A minimum of 3 - 5 years related industry experience (industrial, commercial, institutional) is required, with previous supervisory experience considered an asset.

Proficiency with MS Project, MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) Solid knowledge of government regulations and industry practices (i.e.

OHSA, codes, etc.) Ability to read blue prints, estimating experience considered an asset Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to problem solve Candidates must have access to a car and possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
