IT Asset Manager

We have an opportunity for an IT Asset Manager with our client in Toronto, ON for an Onsite role.

IT Asset Management focused on improving lifecycle management, data quality, tool configuration, and compliance for hardware, software, and cloud assets. successful candidate will support planning, execution, and delivery of ITAM workstreams across discovery, CMDB, governance, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilties:
○ Lead and support execution of ITAM project deliverables.
• Work with cross-functional teams: Procurement, Finance, ITops, Security, and Vendor Management Assist with data discovery, normalization, asset tracking, and reconciliation
• Contribute to enhancements in CMDB accuracy and asset lifecycle workflows Prepare documentation, dashboards, status reports, and risk logs
• Partner with tool owners (ServiceNow/MECM/Intune) to support configuration, automation, and data quality
• Provide insights for hardware/software compliance, inventory optimization, and governance.
Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience in IT Asset Management or related fields (Project Management, Config Management, Procurement, SAM).
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and SaaS asset lifecycle management
◦ Experience using ITAM tools such as
○ ServiceNow ITAM/SAM O SCCM/MECM, Intune
• Good understanding of CMDB, discovery sources, and data integration.
